FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions we hear most often from South Bay homeowners and businesses.

How much does pressure washing cost in the South Bay?

Most residential jobs run $200–$900 depending on what's being cleaned. A driveway might be $200–$350, a full house wash $350–$650, and a roof clean $400–$900. We always give a firm written quote before any work.

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high water pressure to clean hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure plus cleaning solutions to safely clean siding, stucco, roofs and other delicate surfaces.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — CSLB License #1154515 and fully liability-insured. We can name your property manager or HOA as additional insured on request.

Do you offer recurring service?

Yes. Many homeowners book us once a year; commercial clients often choose monthly or quarterly. We'll recommend a cadence based on your property.

Do you serve my city?

We serve Hawthorne, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, El Segundo, Inglewood, Gardena, Lawndale, Lomita, Carson, Palos Verdes, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills Estates and Long Beach. See our full Service Areas page.

How do I get an estimate?

Call or text 323-372-6020, or email a few photos to jadp@ohanapressurewash.com. Most estimates come back the same day.

Will pressure washing damage my paint or stucco?

Not the way we do it. We use soft-wash methods on painted surfaces, stucco, and any delicate finish. High-pressure is only used where it's safe and appropriate.

Can you clean solar panels safely?

Yes — we follow manufacturer-recommended methods: soft brushes, purified (deionized) water and no harsh chemicals. Your warranty stays intact.
